WARRANTY / RETURN POLICY
COVERAGE: Rugged Liner warrants, to the original purchaser, that the Rugged Vinyl Folding Cover is free from defects in the material and workmanship, Rugged Liner may, at its option, either repair or replace products that prove to be defective.
WARRANTY PERIOD: This warranty shall apply as long as the Rugged Vinyl Folding Cover is in the possession of the original purchaser and a proof of purchase is submitted.
LIMITATIONS: The above warranty shall apply only if all of the following conditions are met.
NOTE:
- The original purchase only is covered
- The Rugged Vinyl Folding Cover is on the original owner’s pickup
- The Rugged Vinyl Folding Cover is properly installed
- The Rugged Vinyl Folding Cover has not been modified
- Consequential damages, including damage to cargo or truck bed is not covered
NOT COVERED UNDER WARRANTY:
Blown Off Covers:
We will not warranty a Rugged Vinyl Rollup Cover that comes off the truck while driving.
Consumer responsibility to check clamps that hold side rails in place before driving.
REPLACEMENT PARTS:
- Plastic and aluminum parts can be replaced.
- Vinyl Cover Cannot be Replaced.
- Call Customer Service for replacement part cost, 1-800-433-3604.
SAFETY TIPS:
- Take care of your equipment.
- Periodically check your clamps that hold the side rails in place and the front release knob before traveling.
- Make sure you check the safety straps periodically. If you don’t use them it will default your warranty.
- When you are riding with the cover open, make sure the clips are fastened.
- Clean with soap and water only.
